Erase YouTube data
Sign in to Clipstack, open Profile, select your YouTube account under Social networks and choose Disconnect. The confirmation explains that Clipstack revokes Google access and erases the channel identity, stored video references, thumbnails and performance snapshots. If Google is temporarily unavailable, the request is not confirmed as successful; retry it or contact team@clipstack.fr.
You may also revoke Clipstack through Google security settings. Our daily check detects withdrawn access and erases the authorized YouTube data, including connections without active campaigns. Data that cannot be refreshed is erased within 30 days.
Financial amounts and legally required accounting records remain separate; deleted YouTube identifiers and counters are not retained in those records. Tracking stops, and YouTube participation in those same campaigns cannot resume after erasure. Your channel and videos remain on YouTube.
Deleting your Clipstack account triggers the same YouTube revocation and data erasure. If you cannot sign in, email team@clipstack.frwith the subject "YouTube data deletion — Clipstack", your Clipstack email address and the affected channel. Never send a password or token. We verify ownership and confirm the outcome through the channel you used.
1. Disconnect Instagram
Sign in to Clipstack, open your Profile, find the Instagram account under Social networks, and select Disconnect. Clipstack clears the access tokens stored for that connection and stops collecting new data through it. You can also remove the Clipstack authorization in Instagram settings.
Disconnecting does not delete your Instagram account, your Reels on Instagram, or the submissions and statistics already stored by Clipstack.
2. Request deletion of Instagram data
Contact Marketech Adv, the company operating Clipstack, at team@clipstack.fr with the subject "Instagram data deletion — Clipstack". You may also send a request through the Help center in your Clipstack profile.
Include:
- The email address associated with your Clipstack account
- The Instagram username whose data you want removed
- Whether you want deletion of Instagram data only or deletion of your entire Clipstack account
Do not send your Instagram password or access token. If you no longer have access to Clipstack, you can still contact us by email. We may ask for information necessary to verify that the request concerns your own account before processing it.
3. What happens to your request
We review the request and confirm its outcome through the contact channel you used. It concerns the Instagram account/profile information, stored tokens, submitted Reel references and performance statistics held by Clipstack. We remove data that is no longer necessary, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. If some records must be retained, we explain which records and why. Submitting a request does not itself perform an automatic deletion.
Deleting data in Clipstack does not delete content hosted by Instagram. Financial records subject to retention obligations may need to be retained separately. See our Privacy Policy for processing purposes, retention periods and your rights.
4. Delete your Clipstack account
The account deletion option in Clipstack settings disables your account, removes the editable personal profile fields and clears connected social account tokens. It does not automatically erase all campaign and financial records. Contact team@clipstack.fr to request erasure of remaining data and receive an explanation of any records that must be retained.
